Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy At Max Golf Performance, we value your time and strive to provide the highest level of coaching and service. To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all clients, please review and agree to the following policy before booking your lesson. Booking All bookings are confirmed once payment has been received or an existing credit/package is applied. Lessons can be booked online or through our team directly. You will receive an email or text confirmation once your booking is complete. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full lesson fee being charged or forfeited from your package. If you fail to attend your lesson without notice (“no-show”), the session will be charged in full. In the event of poor weather, lessons will go ahead as scheduled unless the coach deems conditions unsafe or unplayable. In this case, the session will be rescheduled at no cost. Lateness Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled lesson time to allow for warm-up and check-in. Arriving late will shorten your session, as lessons must end on time to accommodate other clients. Health & Safety Please inform your coach of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations before your session. By booking, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own health and safety during all sessions. Refunds Lesson fees and packages are non-refundable, but credits may be transferred or rescheduled within the policy timeframe. Refunds may only be issued in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Max Golf Performance.
