This coaching is designed for golfers who want to move better, generate more power, and improve consistency on the course. Most golfers focus purely on swing technique…
but if your body can’t get into the right positions, your swing will always be limited.

This is where we change that.

​✔ 1-2-1 personal training session each month focused on your specific physical                    limitations
✔ Ongoing coaching via the Max Golf App so you always know what to do between              sessions
✔ Personalised golf-specific mobility plan to improve movement and rotation
✔ Strength & power programme designed to transfer directly into your golf swing
✔ Ongoing support, feedback and progression so you continue to improve

 

For best results, coaching should follow a Golf Fitness Performance Test so your program can be built around your individual limitations.
